This fixed-term, 15-month Manager role sits on the site Leadership Team and reports to the Plant Manager. You will guide management systems, coach leaders, and strengthen McCain’s “For Us For Family” safety culture. The position supports regulatory compliance, risk reduction, emergency preparedness, and continuous improvement across the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead health, safety, and security management system improvements
- Partner with site leaders to strengthen safety engagement
- Manage regulatory inspections, audits, and compliance requirements
- Oversee security programs, personnel, and corrective actions




- Facilitate emergency drills, training, and crisis simulations

Requirements:

- Seven years’ progressive manufacturing safety management experience
- Advanced Safety Certificate, safety degree, CSP, or equivalent
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations
- Experience delivering training and leading organizational change
- Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
