Use advanced Excel and financial analysis as an FP&A; Analyst at Jamesway in hybrid Cambridge, Ontario. Support reporting across a global poultry incubation business.

Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, the FP&A; Analyst supports Finance and Jamesway’s growing business needs. The position produces reports for cost centers, commercial operations, revenue, and R&D.; It also leads budgeting and re-forecasting while strengthening documented processes and GAAP compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting processes
- Produce accurate, timely reports for business areas
- Explain and enhance reporting with area managers
- Develop robust processes supporting GAAP compliance
- Analyze commissions, freight, and technician time accruals

Requirements:

- Accounting, Finance, or related diploma or degree
- CMA or CPA designation, or active certification progress
- Advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Understanding of GAAP and basic accounting procedures
- Accuracy, analytical ability, and quantitative skills
