Agilus by Synergie is recruiting a Procurement / Sourcing Specialist for a mining project in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. This is a six-month contract with an expected extension. Local candidates are preferred; fly-in/fly-out may be possible for non-local candidates.

Compensation: $45.00-$75.00 per hour

Responsibilities

- Manage sourcing and tendering activities from end to end.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies.
- Conduct commercial evaluations, negotiations, and recommendations.
- Develop contracts and manage award and mobilisation.
- Manage supplier and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

- Experience managing contracts valued between $5 million and $80 million, with a medium to high volume of work.
- Proven purchasing experience.
- Relevant supply chain credentials.
- Experience with projects involving warehousing, camp management, logistics, or infrastructure management is an asset.
