As a Technical Recruiter, you will recruit across Engineering, Research, Robotics, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Physical AI. You will partner with hiring managers, leaders, and the Talent & People team. Your work will build teams developing data infrastructure for embodied AI systems.

Requirements:

- Full-cycle technical recruiting experience at high-growth technology companies
- Experience recruiting Engineering, Research, Robotics, or Physical AI talent
- Solid experience building AI agents and recruiting workflows
- Experience managing high-volume, hard-to-fill searches
- Ability to influence, solve creatively, and work through ambiguity
