* Bachelor's degree in business, Science, or a related discipline; MBA or another relevant advanced degree is preferred.
* Significant progressive pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience, including a minimum of 8 years of strategic leadership in Marketing, Sales, Market Access, or a related commercial function.
* Recent, successful Canadian pharmaceutical launch experience is required, ideally within the past five years, with meaningful leadership accountability across pre-launch strategy, market readiness, launch execution, and early post-launch optimization.
* Cardiovascular, neurology, and/or hospital/institutional market experience is strongly preferred, including an understanding of hospital-based customer pathways, multidisciplinary stakeholders,



formulary and access dynamics, and field execution in the hospital setting.
* Proven experience leading a complex cross-functional brand or product team in a matrixed organization.
* Demonstrated ability to use customer insights, competitive intelligence, and analytics to shape strategy, investment, and execution.
* Experience engaging senior external experts, healthcare system stakeholders, and executive-level internal partners.

The base salary range for this role is between $167,490 and $217,490. This compensation includes components such as base salary, vacation pay, public holiday pay, potential estimated overtime pay and paid statutory leaves of absence. Additional benefits may include insured benefits such as health care, vision, dental, disability, and contributory retirement savings plans, etc.
