As Assistant Kitchen Manager in title, this position’s described duties focus on senior Housekeeping and Laundry leadership. You will manage departmental operations, colleagues, payroll, expenses, recruitment, and succession planning. The role supports cleanliness, maintenance, safety, environmental initiatives, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Housekeeping and Laundry operations for leadership synergy
- Oversee recruitment, succession planning, and colleague relationships

Requirements:

- Two to three years of senior housekeeping leadership experience
- Leadership, development, and delegation skills for large teams
- Solid organizational, administrative, and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and Property Manager System knowledge
- University degree or Hotel Management Diploma preferred
