Lead service operations at Toromont Cat’s Thompson Branch through technician supervision, work-order scheduling, and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, permanent position.

The Service Supervisor serves as a liaison for corporate initiatives while directing technicians and supporting consistent service standards. You will coordinate shop requirements, promote protected work behaviours, and collaborate with operations and other departments. The role also supports market share through quality customer experiences and productive shop operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technicians and provide direction for shop operations
- Schedule work orders to maximize shop productivity
- Follow up on repairs and promote customer satisfaction
- Train, coach,



and administer team performance evaluations
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and corrective actions

Requirements:

- Minimum post-secondary education
- Minimum three years supervisory experience
- Ability to support health and safety policies
- Ability to coordinate customer service requirements
- Ability to provide team leadership and direction
