Provide primary medical care at Sea Mar Community Health Centers while delivering in-person, team-based services Monday through Friday. Work eight-hour shifts with adaptable FTE arrangements.

This Physician position serves Sea Mar patients through comprehensive primary care consistent with training, certification, insurance, licensure, and organizational guidelines. The physician collaborates with staff, administrative personnel, the Medical Director, and Chief Medical Officer to support coordinated care. Responsibilities include prescribing medication, referrals, preventive programs, and clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive primary medical care to Sea Mar patients
- Collaborate with staff through team-based coordinated care
- Refer patients to specialists or other services when necessary
- Prescribe or dispense medications under Washington State authority
- Complete clinical records and patient-care paperwork accurately

Requirements:

- Licensed MD or DO
- ACGME or AOA approved postgraduate residency completion
- Board certified or actively seeking board certification
- Current DEA certificate and required employment vaccinations
- Community health experience preferred; English-Spanish bilingual ability preferred
