This Assistant Site Superintendent supports the Site Superintendent across Southern Ontario ICI projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, review drawings, track progress, and maintain site documentation. The work covers earthworks, foundations, structural construction, building envelope, and interior completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist daily management of industrial ground-up construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, equipment, and site access
- Track schedules, progress, delays, and site documentation
- Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and overall site conditions
- Support inspections,



deficiency tracking, and corrective actions

Requirements:

- Five-plus years in construction supervision, coordination, or assistance
- Industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or commercial project experience
- Understanding of sequencing, scheduling, site coordination, and building systems
- Construction drawing, specification, OHSA, and safety knowledge
- Valid driver's license with GTA project travel ability
