Build Brodie League’s growth systems in Toronto, using CRM architecture and AI automation to scale teams across 35+ cities.

As a Go-to-Market Engineer in Growth, you will own the CRM, automations, reporting, and repeatable playbook. Your work connects captain inquiries, signed teams, City Launchers, sources, and campaign workflows. You will build with LLMs, agent tooling, APIs, Python or TypeScript, SQL, and tools such as n8n or Clay. The systems must be usable by non-technical teammates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own CRM stages, routing, dashboards, hygiene, and data relationships
- Build launch checklists, referral structures, and weekly growth targets
- Automate follow-up, reminders, reporting, and mass communications
- Ship agents with approval gates, activity logs,



and acceptance thresholds
- Document systems and teach City Launchers and leadership

Requirements:

- Daily experience with AI, LLMs, agent tooling, APIs, and automation
- Python or TypeScript and SQL experience
- Production automation handling thousands of leads or records weekly
- Knowledge of consent, data access, security, and deliverability
- Based in Toronto; Toronto office presence preferred
