This product operations role works directly with founders and product leadership. You will prioritize roadmap work using customer impact, revenue, and technical constraints. The role requires planning, structured communication, technical fluency, and proactive risk management while processes are built in an early-stage environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own prioritization and execution flow across product work
- Translate priorities into milestones, timelines, and plans
- Coordinate testing, releases, rollouts, and partner launches
- Manage dependencies, risks,



and cross-functional follow-ups
- Document repeatable partner onboarding and delivery processes

Requirements:

- Experience in product operations, program management, or product management
- Comfort working with engineering teams and technical tradeoffs
- Strong prioritization, planning, and execution skills
- Clear, structured communication that keeps teams aligned
- Proactive, calm approach in early-stage environments
