Experience:

- Over 5-7 years of experience leading payroll teams in a high-volume, complex, multi-province environment, including vendor and audit management.
- Practical experience managing a complex workforce comprising exempt, non-exempt, expatriates, executive pay, and specialized incentive programs.
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian payroll regulations.

Certifications:

- Certification from the National Payroll Institute (NPI / CPM or PCP) required.

Technical Expertise & Systems:

- Advanced knowledge of ADP Workforce Now.
- Advanced Excel skills for financial reporting, data analysis, and reconciliations.





Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with external partners and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills combined with an unwavering commitment to accuracy, compliance, integrity, and confidentiality.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field strongly preferred.

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.

While the published salary range is a valuable faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $90,000 - $115,000 CAD.
