Reporting to the Regional Director, the Site Manager oversees activities connected with purchasing, transporting, and processing materials. This leadership role focuses on team coaching, operational planning, customer service, cost control, and performance improvement. You will also support management reporting and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily site activities and departmental operations
- Supervise, coach, motivate, and evaluate employees
- Coordinate truck dispatching and transportation schedules
- Manage ferrous and non-ferrous material procurement
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
