As Senior Project Manager, you will oversee a major institutional development delivered under a quick-track Development Agreement. The role provides day-to-day coverage for real estate development leadership while managing client relationships and project execution. Your work will coordinate development and construction teams across a high-profile file.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own daily development management and act as senior client counterpart
- Administer contracts and formally document decisions and correspondence
- Manage consultants, design scope, schedules, quality, and change orders

Requirements:

- 15–20+ years in development or construction management
