Job summary

Support the installation, integration, training, and ongoing use of in-cab technology across GFL. The role provides hands‑on technical support, including troubleshooting applications and software, to help improve fleet safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

- Respond to user support tickets for in‑cab applications and systems.
- Install and support technology solutions, including fleet management and camera systems.
- Diagnose hardware and software issues on‑site and remotely, monitor system performance, and coordinate with internal teams and third‑party support.
- Create training guides and knowledge base articles, and deliver training to drivers and staff.
- Test fixes, follow up on resolved issues,



and communicate problems to stakeholders.
- Analyze system performance and recommend upgrades or process improvements.
- Travel locally for installations, training, and on‑site support.

Qualifications

- Experience deploying and supporting in‑cab technology solutions, including fleet management and camera systems.
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or a related field is preferred; relevant technical certifications are an asset.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, training, and communication skills.
- French-English bilingualism is highly preferred.
