Jonas Club in Markham, ON is seeking a Client Success Supervisor to lead a team of Client Success Managers, drive proactive engagement, and ensure strong retention. The role reports to Senior Director, Client Success & Support and involves overseeing dormancy, credit program intake, and AR follow-up.

The base salary range is $70,000–$80,000 CAD with regular 37.5 hours per week and one opening. This is a in office role with Jonas Club, a unit of Jonas Software.
