Use advanced Excel and reconciliation skills as an Accounts Receivable Analyst in Etobicoke, Ontario, supporting Woodbine Entertainment’s customer-focused Finance team.

This full time Accounts Receivable Analyst manages customer and partner receivables while supporting timely collections and payment resolution. The position combines account analysis, cash application, banking support, and process improvement. It also supports reporting, journal entries, and month-end balance sheet reconciliations across Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage customer and partner accounts and outstanding balances
- Investigate billing issues, deductions, disputes, and payment discrepancies
- Apply EFTs, wire transfers, cheques, and wagering settlements
- Reconcile bank deposits, customer accounts,



and general ledger balances
- Develop dashboards, tracking tools, and performance metrics

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline
- Two to five years of accounts receivable experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUPs
- Experience with account reconciliations and financial analysis
- ERP experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset
