As Team Lead, BPC System, you supervise Accounting Business Support Analysts while designing, building, and supporting Consolidation and Planning BPC modules. You connect Accounting and Information Systems through hands-on system work. The position requires analytical problem-solving, staff mentoring, coordination, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop deep understanding of Consolidation and Planning processes
- Guide customers through complex financial transaction representation
- Ensure Consolidation and Planning system reliability




- Respond to external auditor accounting and reporting queries
- Mentor junior Accounting Business Support team members

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, economics, or information systems
- Minimum 10 years of progressive related experience
- Superior SAP BPC and SAP EPM skills
- Knowledge of SAP ECC FICO and S/4HANA Group Reporting
- Robust Excel, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
