Sysco Canada is seeking a bilingual Recruitment Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment across corporate and regional operations. The role partners with leadership to fill vacancies, improve candidate and hiring manager experiences, and build a diverse talent slate.

Reporting to the Director of Employee Relations, you will drive sourcing strategies, conduct high-volume screenings, present offers, and ensure compliance with HR policies and legal requirements in a fast-paced workplace.
