Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager coaches teams and models exceptional consumer experiences. You will develop sales strategies, manage operations, and lead recruitment, training, development, and motivation. The role requires three-plus years of store management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profits
- Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate team members
- Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, and store operations
- Oversee visual merchandising and customer experience standards
- Model and coach consumer-centric service across store functions

Requirements:

- Three-plus years of store management experience
- Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and retail
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Results-oriented approach and ability to achieve financial targets
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb ladders
