As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead end-to-end execution for programs critical to OLIX’s roadmap. You will align engineering, product, and business stakeholders while managing scope, priorities, dependencies, and trade-offs. Your work will support delivery from research and development through on-time mass-manufactured products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own complex cross-functional programs from initiation through completion
- Maintain plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths

Requirements:

- Broad engineering experience across hardware, software, and manufacturing
- Three-plus years in technical program management or senior project management
- Experience delivering large multidisciplinary programs with interdependent teams
- Engineering literacy for credible technical trade-off discussions
- Solid stakeholder management and program management expertise
