As Finance Manager, you will drive financial integrity and continuous improvement across the finance function. You will coach team members, manage month-end close, and champion AI, automation, and advanced analytics. The position also oversees budgets, forecasts, financial presentations, internal controls, and stakeholder relationships across Finance, Operations, HR, IT, and other business units.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular feedback
- Lead month-end close and resolve bottlenecks before deadlines
- Design and monitor robust internal controls




- Implement AI and automation for finance processes
- Deliver financial reports and insights to senior leadership

Requirements:

- Required CPA designation
- Minimum five years of progressive finance or accounting experience
- Minimum two years managing direct reports
- Experience or interest in AI tools and data visualization
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
