Lead commercial partnerships at Toronto Pearson through strategic negotiation, revenue growth and passenger experience initiatives within a flexible hybrid work workplace.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Customer & Commercial Development, this director leads Toronto Pearson’s concessions and commercial partnership portfolio. The work spans retail, food and beverage, lounges, advertising, sponsorships and strategic partnerships. You will guide strategy, procurement, implementation, performance management and renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop five-year strategies for non-aeronautical revenue growth
- Negotiate agreements and oversee concessions and renovations
- Manage strategic commercial partner relationships and performance
- Lead procurements, renewals and partnership agreements




- Present strategies and recommendations to executives and the Board

Requirements:

- 10+ years leading commercial businesses and profit performance
- 10+ years negotiating complex commercial agreements
- Degree in business, commerce, economics, finance or marketing
- Experience developing partnerships, products or commercial programs
- Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance
