Lead fabrication operations on Johnson Controls’ weekend night shift, using production coordination and safety leadership from 6 PM to 6 AM. Supervise teams while keeping schedules, quality, and productivity aligned.

As Fabrication Supervisor, you will coordinate fabrication activities and ensure schedules finish on time and within budget. Direct production, update plans, monitor KPI performance, and resolve work problems. You will also support equipment operation, maintenance coordination, inventory requirements, reporting, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct fabrication workforce toward production and fabrication goals
- Update production plans and monitor KPI performance indicators
- Coordinate workers, schedules, materials, and department productivity




- Review drawing packages and program machining equipment
- Enforce safety, sanitation, maintenance, and reporting requirements

Requirements:

- Three or more years supervising production, construction, or fabrication
- Fabrication experience preferred, with metalworking experience an asset
- Knowledge of operations, warehouse, and transportation management
- Robust Microsoft Office, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Alberta Occupational Health and Safety requirements
