As a Construction Estimator and Quantity Surveyor, you will complete takeoffs from architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings. You will review specifications, schedules, tender documents, contracts, and requirements. The work includes detailed estimates, quote evaluations, bid submissions, and commercial risk review.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete detailed quantity takeoffs across multidisciplinary construction drawings
- Prepare conceptual, budgetary, and detailed construction estimates
- Develop labour, material, equipment, and subcontractor calculations
- Analyze, level,



and compare supplier and subcontractor bids
- Maintain auditable estimate files and revision histories

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in a relevant construction discipline
- Five or more years of progressive estimating experience
- Experience with takeoffs, detailed estimates, and tender submissions
- Advanced drawing, specification, tender, and contract interpretation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and estimating software experience
