This permanent, full-time Site Superintendent role supports ICI and multi-family construction projects. You will oversee ground-up and renovation work while coordinating with project management teams. The position requires strong knowledge of the BC Building Code, WorkSafeBC regulations, and construction best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily construction activities across active project sites
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
- Enforce safety programs and regulatory compliance

Requirements:
