As Poultry Supervisor, you will support evisceration and live end operations under the Senior Supervisor. The position combines employee coordination, production flow monitoring, animal welfare, food safety, quality assurance, and workplace safety. You will work with Maintenance, Quality Assurance, operators, and cleaning staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate employee positioning, attendance, conduct, and staffing assignments
- Conduct live bird checks and monitor animal welfare
- Check evisceration room setup and equipment readiness
- Maintain production, quality, flock, and live end records




- Reinforce safety procedures and support MPIP compliance

Requirements:

- Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience supporting employee safety expectations
- Organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency and timely decision-making ability
