Microsoft cloud transformation projects need an Intermediate Project Manager skilled in detailed planning, Waterfall delivery, and stakeholder coordination. This contract runs through March 31, 2027.

PLATO seeks an organized Project Manager to coordinate complex initiatives and translate objectives into trackable work. You will maintain schedules, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables across project teams. The work supports data, analytics, AI, and cloud transformation within Microsoft ecosystems. Secret clearance must already be in place.

Key Responsibilities:

- Break objectives into assignable activities, tasks, and work packages
- Develop detailed schedules aligned with overall project milestones
- Assign work, track progress, deadlines, and deliverable accountability
- Facilitate status meetings, address blockers,



and align stakeholders
- Maintain accurate plans in Microsoft Project MPP

Requirements:

- Manage large-scale complex projects using Waterfall delivery
- Experience implementing Microsoft cloud-based solutions and platforms
- Knowledge of Fabric OneLake, Fabric Data Factory, and Azure Data Factory
- Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, Purview, and Azure DevOps
- Secret clearance, communication, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities
