The Business Systems Analyst, Technology Risk supports IGM Technology’s First Line of Defence. You will work with Technology Risk, Cybersecurity, Technology, and business stakeholders to clarify needs, document requirements, and improve processes, data, reporting, and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage stakeholders to understand risks, needs, pain points, and outcomes
- Document business, functional, data, reporting, and integration requirements
- Translate needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Support solution design, configuration, implementation, and adoption activities
- Develop dashboards, metrics,



and management reports for risk insights

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or related field
- Three to five years’ relevant business systems analysis experience
- Experience eliciting requirements and supporting solution delivery
- Experience with risk, audit, compliance, workflow, or reporting platforms
- Excel and Power BI experience; SQL familiarity is an asset
