Deliver patient-centered care as a Pharmacist with Sobeys Inc., using clinical services and compassionate counseling to support community health. Work within Sobeys’ national pharmacy team across Canada.

This Pharmacist provides skilled care through Sobeys, Safeway, Thrifty Foods, Foodland, Lawtons Drugs, or FreshCo banners. The work centers on patient counseling, medication reviews, disease state management, injections, and health risk assessments. You will create care plans, document follow-up, and collaborate with pharmacy colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate patient-centered care and exceptional customer service
- Counsel patients and caregivers about new therapies
- Initiate care plans, follow up, and complete documentation
- Deliver medication reviews,



injections, and health risk assessments
- Prioritize prescription safety and delegate technical functions

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
- Licensed Pharmacist in good standing within the responsible province
- Injection and First Aid Certification
- Kroll software experience preferred
- Knowledge of pharmacy practice and regulatory requirements
