Lead stability and compatibility programs onsite at Cosmetica Laboratories, applying cosmetic and OTC expertise across creative formulation development. Manage Analysts and Technicians while supporting compliant laboratory operations.

As Manager, Stability & Compatibility, you will oversee programs for cosmetic and OTC products within the RAAS department. The position combines team leadership, technical research, protocol development, equipment qualification, and regulatory support. You will work with R&I; personnel, QA/QC, packaging, clients, and auditors to address product behavior and laboratory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Analysts and Technicians across stability and compatibility laboratory activities
- Implement programs supporting cosmetic and OTC formulation development
- Guide protocols and reports according to standards, regulations,



and client requirements
- Oversee equipment qualification, monitoring, SOPs, and working instructions
- Support audits, investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in science, Chemistry, or related field
- Minimum six years in GMP and GLP environments
- Minimum three years supervising, managing, coaching, or developing teams
- Regulatory knowledge for cosmetic and OTC stability and compatibility
- Technical writing, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
