Learning Solutions Architect

Randstad Canada is recruiting for a contract role with a client in downtown Toronto. The contract runs through December 31, 2027, and requires working at the client’s office four days per week.

Role overview

Lead the development and execution of long-term learning strategies and roadmaps aligned with business needs and enterprise strategy. The role partners with business leaders, HR and Talent and Learning teams, and external learning providers to design and deliver learning solutions.

Responsibilities

- Advise business leaders and learning stakeholders on learning needs, solutions, modalities, and rollout plans.
- Conduct performance consulting and needs analysis to identify capability gaps and recommend solutions.
- Develop multi-year learning strategies, plans, roadmaps, business cases, and rollout plans.
- Coordinate with learning teams on resourcing, learning assets, delivery, and ongoing program sustainment.
- Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships, issues, escalations, and progress reporting.




- Identify process improvements and keep strategies aligned with evolving business requirements.

Qualifications

- Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating measurable blended adult learning programs in a large corporate organization.
- Experience providing strategic learning advisory and performance consulting to business leaders.
- Experience with learning solutions, onboarding programs, compliance training, complex projects, and multi-year learning plans.
- Robust stakeholder and vendor relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and intermediate Excel; hands-on experience with AI tools such as Copilot.
- Banking or financial services experience and experience building or supporting a corporate learning program from the ground up are valued.
