Lead organizational change initiatives at RSM through stakeholder guidance, project oversight, and employee behavior transformation. Travel locally and internationally more than 50 percent.

As a Change Management Supervisor within RSM’s Technology Performance team, you will oversee Organizational Change Management delivery. You will guide client stakeholders, manage project teams, and develop customized solutions. Your work supports finance transformation through readiness assessments, business process improvement, technology deployment, communication planning, training, and related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver finance transformation and organizational change management projects
- Oversee project teams and monitor progress, risks, and outcomes
- Guide stakeholders through communications, training, and behavior change




- Build client relationships and identify additional opportunities
- Develop products, solutions, and transformation deliverables

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree and six years’ organizational experience
- One year leading project teams through closure
- Solid communication, presentation, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Executive presence and stakeholder relationship management understanding
- Responsible AI use and output validation experience
