Northern Health seeks a Registered Nurse with perinatal expertise for cooperative practice within a patient and family centered care model. You will care for obstetrical patients during intra, postpartum, and high-risk antepartum periods. The position also supports other assigned patients while applying nursing science and related knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess, plan, provide, and evaluate direct patient care
- Care for intra, postpartum, and high-risk antepartum patients
- Recognize acuity changes and apply clinical reasoning




- Teach patients and families essential healthcare information
- Collaborate with interprofessional team members

Requirements:

- Approved nursing school graduation and current BCCNM registration
- Recognized Perinatal Nursing specialty program completion
- One year recent related experience or equivalent preparation
- Current CPR and Neonatal Resuscitation Program certificates
- Current Fetal Health Surveillance Course certificate
