Lead global service readiness and innovation for Manulife in a hybrid Waterloo role, applying operating-model, product, knowledge, and training expertise.

The AVP, Global People Services leads coordinated, launch-ready services across global and regional teams. This senior leader connects service design, product ownership, knowledge, training, innovation, and regional execution. The purpose is to support consistent, compliant, experience-led delivery while improving scale and colleague experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate GPS strategy into readiness and innovation priorities
- Lead intake, validation, cutover, hypercare, and post-launch reviews
- Confirm controls, capacity, technology, data, and training before launches
- Coordinate regional readiness across delivery and partner teams




- Provide dashboards covering status, dependencies, adoption, and perks

Requirements:

- Senior leadership experience in global HR operations or shared services
- Experience establishing operating models, governance, and launch disciplines
- Knowledge of HR service delivery and employee experience
- Understanding of digital products, workflow, automation, and AI operations
- Executive presence and geographically distributed team leadership experience
