Build AWS and GCP infrastructure with Terraform as a Senior DevOps Developer at Benevity, using a adaptable hybrid work approach.

Own cloud infrastructure and developer platforms supporting product teams at Benevity. Write Terraform, build CI/CD pipelines, tune systems, and participate in shared on-call responsibilities. Partner with Staff engineers while mentoring intermediate engineers and improving developer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build scalable AWS and GCP infrastructure using Terraform
- Create reusable CI/CD workflows, templates, and shared libraries
- Automate operational toil with code and AI-driven workflows
- Build observability dashboards, alerts, and meaningful SLIs
- Operate containers and help shape the Kubernetes transition

Requirements:

- Production SaaS experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
- Hands-on AWS, IAM, networking, and Terraform experience
- CI/CD expertise with GitHub Actions or Jenkins
- Programming ability in Python or similar languages
- Incident response, observability, and post-mortem experience
