Lead rail systems delivery for Bantrel’s Ontario Line Subway project in Toronto, applying construction management and contract oversight expertise. Guide engineering and construction services throughout the project lifecycle.

As Systems Delivery Project Manager RSSOM, you will oversee delivery across rolling stock, systems, and operations and maintenance. The work supports Metrolinx through an integrated Delivery Partner team with Bechtel. You will manage design, construction, commissioning, and handovers across major transit infrastructure packages.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee engineering and construction services throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage design, construction, commissioning, and project handovers
- Assess contractor schedules and develop risk mitigation measures
- Monitor contract, safety, quality, environmental,



cost, and schedule performance
- Support construction readiness, supervision, and contractor compliance

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree and 13–15 relevant years
- Alternatively, 17–19 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of railway systems installation and infrastructure delivery
- Experience with traction power, signalling, communications, SCADA, and platform screen doors
- Experience planning and executing systems installation
