As a People and Culture Specialist, you will administer rewards programs, maintain HRIS data, and support payroll processing. You will also coordinate wellbeing initiatives, employment documentation, onboarding, and offboarding. This role provides broad exposure to HR systems, People Analytics, talent initiatives, compliance, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer compensation, benefits, retirement, and wellbeing programs
- Validate payroll transactions and investigate pay discrepancies
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
- Prepare employment agreements, letters, and verification requests
- Provide operational support to Restaurant Support Centre employees

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Two to four years of HR or related experience
- Comfort working across HR systems, spreadsheets, and databases
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Explicit communication, discretion, and confidentiality
