As an Account Manager, you will grow Altis’s Nonprofit staffing division through client service and sales development. The work includes understanding client requirements, candidate objectives, qualifications, and skills. You will build partnerships, present staffing services, and deliver solutions through phone, in-person, and written communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage prospective clients and expand marketplace presence
- Develop relationships to generate business and grow sales
- Present staffing services and negotiate deals
- Market candidates according to client needs
- Provide placement support and after-placement service
Requirements:
- Three or more years of sales or business development experience
- Staffing industry experience is a strong asset
- Nonprofit, association, or charitable sector experience is an asset
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Based in Ottawa for in-person client meetings
