RBGlobal is seeking a hands-on Compensation Manager to run our compensation programs across the US and Canada. You will lead a team of three and partner with People, Finance, Payroll and business leaders to align pay practices with organizational goals.

You will develop and manage RBGlobal's compensation strategy, including annual merit, equity grants, and incentive programs, while building governance, job architecture, and market pricing practices to stay competitive.
