PICTON Investments is seeking a Lead, Senior Sales Enablement to enhance the effectiveness of Retail Sales. Reporting to Revenue Operations, you will translate commercial priorities into programs, tools and processes that improve adoption and results.

The role requires 10+ years in sales enablement, robust CRM experience (Salesforce), and proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across Asset Management/Financial Services.
