Manage Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and enterprise infrastructure as a Systems Administrator based in ZenaTech’s Vancouver office. Support secure technology operations.

This Systems Administrator supports engineering, production, and business processes across ZenaTech. You will manage Windows or macOS systems, Microsoft 365 platforms, servers, networks, and collaboration tools. The position reports to technology resources in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-user hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Administer Intune enrollment, profiles, compliance, and application deployment
- Oversee identity and access management through Microsoft Entra ID
- Maintain Windows or macOS systems through their full lifecycle
- Document configurations, procedures, and architectural decisions

Requirements:

- Three to five years in IT Support
- Experience in multi-office or complex environments
- Solid Windows or macOS operating system knowledge
- Familiarity with Office 365, Active Directory, and networking
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
