Position: Sales Manager - Medical Manufacturing
Location: Morrisburg, Ontario
Salary: $90,000-$100,000 base + commission
Posting Type: Open vacancy
Benefits: Comprehensive group insurance, 3 weeks' vacation

Build the sales function. Own the number. Grow two markets.

Our client is an established manufacturer in the medical industry, where quality and compliance are part of the culture, not a checkbox. They are looking for a Sales Manager to take full ownership of sales across Canada and the United States. This is a builder’s role with real authority, direct access to leadership, and a clear mandate to grow revenue.

What you’ll own:

- The sales plan and revenue target across both countries, from winning recent customers to expanding existing accounts.
- Your team: set targets, coach through prospecting, negotiation and close, and hold reps accountable to results.
- New territories, plus relationships with strategic accounts, distributors and industry partners.
- The playbook: prospecting cadences, territory plans,

account strategies and the KPIs the team runs on.
- The pipeline: outbound, digital campaigns and trade show presence that keep qualified opportunities flowing.
- The face of the company with customers, distributors and at industry events.

What you bring:

- A proven record of growing revenue as a Sales Manager, Sales Leader or Senior Business Development professional
- B2B selling experience in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, food manufacturing or similar)
- CRM and pipeline discipline, with strong command of KPIs (HubSpot is an asset)
- Experience with LinkedIn and digital prospecting
- Excellent communication, analytical and relationship-building skills
