Implementation Consultant I in Vancouver combines project management and customer guidance within Brex’s hybrid office and home-working model. Support customers through onboarding and deployment.

On Brex’s Commercial team, this role supports small and mid-sized customers adopting Brex Empower. You will build product knowledge, strengthen project management skills, and provide structured support throughout implementation. The work includes customer communication, product configuration, integrations, spend migrations, training, and change management with guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate meetings, agendas, notes, action items, and expectations
- Translate customer requirements into Brex configurations with guidance
- Track timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication




- Support spend migrations, deployment, and end-user adoption
- Deliver templates and supervised training before go-live

Requirements:

- Four-plus years in customer-facing work
- Experience in SaaS or consulting services preferred
- Exposure to project coordination or structured implementation
- Strong customer and internal stakeholder communication skills
- Organized, cooperative, and detail-oriented working style
