As SEO and AI Search Manager, you guide B2B and growing-brand clients through technical roadmaps, content priorities, and ranking performance. Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency, and this full time marketing role focuses exclusively on search. You will work across multiple agency clients while shaping how they appear in classic organic results and emerging AI search.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own crawl, indexation, speed, schema, and site architecture
- Develop keyword strategies and on-page optimization priorities
- Improve visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT,



and Perplexity
- Manage links, local search, and multi-location SEO
- Report through GA4 and Search Console

Requirements:

- Three-plus years of hands-on SEO experience
- Experience running audits and implementing fixes independently
- Fluency with Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog
- Experience with Ahrefs or Semrush
- Agency experience across several clients simultaneously
