Track solar budgets and schedules remotely for Paradigm Solar, coordinating permits, invoices, documentation, and active project delivery. Regular site travel is required.

The Solar Project Controller supports rooftop and ground mount projects across Paradigm Solar. You will maintain project visibility, monitor costs, prepare invoices, and coordinate information between design, logistics, installation, and finance. The role reports to the Interim Director - Solar.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain master trackers for active solar projects
- Monitor progress and flag schedule or documentation gaps
- Track budgets, purchase orders, costs, and forecasts
- Prepare milestone, contract, and completion-stage invoices
- Maintain audit-ready contracts, permits, and status records

Requirements:

- Experience in project controls or construction administration
- Understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and reconciliations
- Experience maintaining trackers and audit-ready documentation
- Robust organization across multiple active projects
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and project tracking systems
