Canada Life is hiring a full-time Manager, Policy Services in Montreal, Quebec. This hybrid role leads teams that administer and maintain employer-sponsored benefit plans, with accountability for service, quality, productivity, and financial results.

What you will do

- Coach and develop leaders and employees, set expectations, and manage performance through changing priorities.
- Oversee group plan installations, administration, maintenance, amendments, and related operational services.
- Monitor service standards, quality, productivity, cycle time, accuracy, operational risks, and departmental expenses.
- Use operational data and performance trends to identify issues, set priorities, and improve results.
- Partner across Workplace Benefits and other business areas to resolve issues and deliver coordinated solutions.
- Improve processes and service delivery, and support strategic and operational initiatives.

What you will bring

- Significant leadership experience,



typically 8–10 years in progressively responsible leadership roles in a customer-focused operational environment.
- Experience coaching leaders, developing employees, managing performance, and leading through change.
- Experience using service, quality, productivity, and financial information to manage operations.
- A university degree in business, commerce, leadership, or a related field, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Word.

Experience in workplace benefits, insurance or financial services, shared services, customer operations, perks administration, or process improvement is an asset. English and French capability is also an asset. Reliability Status security clearance is required before employment; travel may be required.

Base salary: $103,000–$144,300 per year. This is base salary only; additional variable compensation may apply.
