The Maintenance Manager reports to the Plant Manager and supports production operations in a food production environment. This position emphasizes Best Maintenance Practices, continuous improvement, safety compliance, and maintenance strategy. Experience with CMMS systems, automated process technology, and structured planning is relevant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct maintenance staff, production equipment, and building infrastructure
- Ensure Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance
- Optimize Best Maintenance Practices and predictive maintenance programs
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and corrective actions
- Reduce plant downtime through maintenance strategies and resources
Requirements:
- Five to ten years of maintenance management experience
- Production environment experience, preferably food production
- Experience using CMMS systems, with Maximo preferred
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Solid leadership, organizational, and communication skills
