Drive insurance sales from Vancouver in a hybrid Internal Insurance Wholesaler role using proactive calling and advisor relationship-building. Support Manulife’s Retail Markets business with focused sales activity.

As an Internal Insurance Wholesaler, you will partner with External Wholesalers across a regional territory. You will develop advisor relationships, identify prospects, and grow individual life and living benefits insurance sales. Salesforce, question-based selling, and consultation support your work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call financial advisors proactively to develop and expand relationships
- Meet daily targets for sales calls and meetings booked
- Gather advisor practice intelligence through question-based selling
- Execute sales campaigns and prioritize top prospects
- Maintain advisor profiles and activity in Salesforce.com

Requirements:

- At least two years of insurance or sales experience
- Proven proactive sales success and cold-calling experience
- LLQP designation preferred or currently in process
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and intermediate Excel
- Robust relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
