The Supervisor, Marketing Accounting oversees accounting for crude oil marketing transactions across light, medium, heavy, thermal, and oil sands portfolios. This position ensures accurate management, financial, and government reporting. It also provides recommendations on complex accounting concepts, supports cash forecasting, and responds to management and government requests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review monthly netback prices, revenue, costs, volumetrics, and inventory
- Oversee financial close processes and intercompany journal entries
- Support third-party cash settlement for marketing transactions




- Coordinate accounting with Marketing, Treasury, Tax, and Operations Reporting
- Review key controls and support walkthroughs and testing

Requirements:

- 10+ years of accounting experience
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Accounting designation, preferably CPA
- Ability to interpret complex accounting concepts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and EnterpriseOne
